Fast Fetch

Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Effective Date: 16 October 2026 Last Updated: 16 October 2026 Welcome to FastFetch ("we", "us", "our" or "FastFetch"). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the FastFetch website and services. By accessing our website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. If you do not agree with them, you should not use our services. FastFetch operates in accordance with applicable South African laws, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA), where applicable.

2. Our Service

FastFetch is an on-demand product sourcing and shopping service. We help customers obtain selected products from physical retail stores without needing to visit those stores themselves. FastFetch does not ordinarily hold its own inventory. Instead, we source products from retailers or suppliers after receiving an order and confirming payment. Our service generally follows this process: 1. You select an available product and place an order through our website. 2. You pay the displayed product price and applicable delivery fee. 3. FastFetch verifies the payment and checks product availability with the relevant retailer or supplier. 4. If the product is available, FastFetch purchases or arranges the purchase of the item. 5. The order is prepared and handed over for delivery using the available delivery method. Product listings are provided to help customers identify and request items. A listing does not guarantee that the product will remain available at the original retailer until FastFetch completes its availability check.

3. Orders and Product Availability

All orders are subject to payment verification and product availability. After payment has been confirmed, FastFetch will make reasonable efforts to obtain the requested product. If a product is unavailable, discontinued, incorrectly listed or otherwise cannot reasonably be sourced, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund for the affected item in accordance with applicable law. If only part of an order is unavailable, the remaining available items may proceed with your agreement or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Any necessary adjustment to delivery charges will be communicated to you. FastFetch reserves the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary because of stock shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, technical errors or other legitimate reasons. Where payment has already been received, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law. An order confirmation or payment notification does not necessarily mean that product availability has been confirmed.

4. Pricing and Minimum Order Value

The product price displayed on FastFetch is the price payable for that product through our service. It may include sourcing and handling costs. Delivery charges are displayed separately and depend on the delivery option selected at checkout. The minimum order value is R200, excluding delivery charges. Before completing checkout, you are responsible for reviewing the product price, quantities, delivery fee and total payable amount. FastFetch may update its prices and service fees from time to time. Changes will not retrospectively alter an order already accepted, except where a correction or adjustment is permitted by applicable law and handled appropriately. If a material pricing error occurs, FastFetch may contact you before proceeding with the affected order. If the order cannot be fulfilled at the agreed price, any cancellation and refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

5. Payments

Payments must be made directly to FastFetch through the payment methods made available at checkout. Depending on availability, these methods may include major bank cards and Instant EFT processed through the designated payment service provider. FastFetch does not require customers to pay individual retail stores separately for orders placed through our service. An order will only proceed once payment has been successfully verified. A pending transaction, payment screenshot or proof of payment alone does not necessarily constitute confirmed payment. If you are charged but your order is not confirmed, contact FastFetch with your order number and relevant transaction reference so that the payment can be investigated. Never share your online banking password, card security code or one-time PIN with anyone claiming to represent FastFetch.

6. Delivery

FastFetch arranges delivery through PAXI or another delivery service made available for the relevant order. The advertised delivery options are: - PAXI Standard: R59.95, with an estimated delivery period of 7–9 business days. - PAXI Express: R99.95, with an estimated delivery period of 3–5 business days. These prices and delivery options are subject to confirmation at checkout. The estimated delivery period begins when you receive notification that your parcel has been dispatched or handed over for delivery, as applicable. Time spent confirming stock, sourcing products and preparing an order is separate from the courier's estimated delivery period. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of courier operations, public holidays, severe weather, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where available, tracking or collection information will be provided to help you follow your parcel. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate contact details and any required delivery information. If incorrect information, failure to collect a parcel or other customer-related circumstances cause additional costs, FastFetch will communicate any applicable charges before they are incurred where reasonably possible. Nothing in this section removes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law if a parcel is delayed, lost or not delivered.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

FastFetch recognises that cancellation, return and refund rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. 7.1 Order cancellations If you wish to cancel an order, contact FastFetch as soon as possible and provide your order number. If the product has not yet been purchased or sourced, we will assess whether the order can be cancelled. Once a product has been purchased specifically for your order, cancellation may be more complicated. However, any cancellation fee, restriction or refund decision will remain subject to applicable law and your statutory rights. 7.2 Unavailable products If FastFetch cannot obtain a product after accepting payment, we will notify you and refund the amount due for the unavailable item. Any refund of associated delivery charges will be assessed in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law. 7.3 Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, or an order is incomplete, contact FastFetch promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us investigate. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law, which may include a repair, replacement, refund or another legally required resolution. 7.4 Change-of-mind returns Products sourced from physical retailers may be subject to the retailer's return conditions. However, those conditions do not override any applicable rights you have against FastFetch under South African law. A change-of-mind return is not automatically guaranteed in every circumstance. Contact us before returning any product so that we can provide the appropriate process and return instructions. Do not send products to a retailer or delivery location without first receiving instructions from FastFetch. 7.5 Refund processing Approved refunds will be processed using an appropriate payment method, ordinarily the original payment method where supported. The time required for the funds to reflect may depend on the payment provider and your bank. FastFetch will communicate relevant refund information and will not use this policy to exclude or restrict any refund right provided by law.

8. Product Descriptions and Images

We aim to display accurate product names, descriptions, images and prices. However, some product information or images may originate from retailers, suppliers or publicly available product listings. Actual packaging, colour, appearance or included accessories may vary slightly from images shown online. Product images are provided for identification and illustrative purposes unless expressly stated otherwise. If a material discrepancy occurs between a listing and the product supplied, contact FastFetch so that the matter can be investigated and resolved in accordance with applicable law.

9. Customer Responsibilities

When using FastFetch, you agree to: - Provide accurate and complete contact and delivery information. - Review your order details before completing payment. - Use lawful payment methods and provide accurate transaction information. - Keep your order number and relevant order communications available when requesting support. - Collect your parcel within the applicable collection period where collection is required. - Refrain from fraudulent transactions, abusive conduct or attempts to misuse the website. FastFetch may investigate suspected fraud, unauthorised activity or abuse and may take reasonable action to protect customers and the business, subject to applicable law.

10. Customer Support and Complaints

FastFetch aims to provide reasonable assistance with order enquiries, payment issues, delivery problems and product complaints. When contacting support, please include your order number, a description of the issue and any relevant evidence, such as a payment reference or photographs. We will review the information and communicate the next steps. Some matters may require additional investigation with a payment provider, retailer or courier. Submitting a complaint does not automatically guarantee a particular outcome, but FastFetch will assess complaints fairly and in accordance with applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

FastFetch may rely on third-party services, including payment providers, retailers, hosting providers and courier companies. These providers may have their own terms, procedures and privacy policies. Their involvement does not automatically remove FastFetch's obligations to you under applicable law. Where a third-party service affects your order, FastFetch will make reasonable efforts to assist with communication and resolution within the scope of our role.

12. Website Availability and Security

We aim to keep the FastFetch website accessible and functioning properly. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failures, network problems or circumstances beyond our control. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, interfere with website operations, introduce malicious software or use the service for unlawful purposes. FastFetch may temporarily suspend affected website features where reasonably necessary to maintain security, investigate technical issues or prevent misuse.

13. Limitation of Liability

FastFetch will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection legislation. FastFetch remains responsible for its own obligations in relation to the services it provides.

14. Privacy and Personal Information

FastFetch collects and processes personal information to manage orders, verify payments, arrange delivery, provide customer support and operate its services. Personal information may be shared with payment providers, retailers, courier partners and technology providers where reasonably necessary to fulfil an order or provide the service. FastFetch does not sell customers' personal information. For more information about the information we collect, how we use it and the rights available to you, please read our Privacy Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

FastFetch may update these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in its services, operations, technology or legal obligations. The latest version will be published on our website with the updated date. Changes will apply as permitted by law, and any applicable rights relating to orders already placed will be respected.

16. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be handled through the appropriate legal or dispute-resolution process in accordance with applicable South African law. Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from exercising a statutory right or accessing a legally available complaint or dispute-resolution mechanism.
